Where is my information stored? Who has access to them?

Your information (audio/notes) is stored on a secured server in the Microsoft Azure cloud. To enable keyword tagging and speech searching we also process the audio through an SSL secured connection with IBM Watson's server. Only people you give access to through the app will have access to the audio recordings. The information is not shared with any 3rd parties and remains confidential. For more, please check our privacy policy.

How do I get my calendar to show? (iOS)

If you’re signed in with Office 365 or Google then the associated calendars of those emails are automatically pulled into your calendar. If you have signed in with another email then you can connect a calendar from Office 365 and Google Calendar through the calendar tab on the homescreen. You can update your sub-calendar settings to only display certain sub-calendars by clicking on Settings -> Calendar.

How do I get my calendar to show? (Android)

The app pulls in events from your device calendar. If you are not seeing any events on your calendar please check your device calendar. You can update your sub-calendar settings to only display certain sub-calendars by clicking on Settings -> Calendar.

How do I add events to my calendar? (iOS)

Depending on the calendar that is displayed you will have to go back to account (Google, O365) and add/edit events there.

How do I add events to my calendar? (Android)

You will have to go back to the app that controls your device calendar and add or edit events there.

How do I share / download recordings?

You can share recordings in one of two ways in the playback screen. Either send summary and check the ‘Share access to playback recording’. Or tap on the ••• menu and add people to ‘Access rights’ list. Whomever you share with will be able to access the recording and highlights on their own Wrappup account via mobile app and web.
